As a 350hr registered yoga teacher with 9 years of teaching experience, specialised in Vinyasa, Mandala, and Yin Yoga, I’d like to take you on a journey of self-discovery so that you can learn for yourself the benefits of the practices, rituals and teachings that have transformed my life and countless others.

For those making the epic journey from Maiden to Mother, I am a qualified pregnancy and post-natal yoga teacher offering classes in Barcelona.

 
Classes Slow Flow for beginners, Mandala Yoga for the more seasoned practitioner and Yin Yoga for everyone. All are welcome to come along and try a class, whether in person or online. Find out more

I've been working in the wellness world for almost a decade and what I have discovered first hand is that health is not just a one-dimensional word. You can be physically fit and eat well, but have negative thoughts that sabotage your every interaction. You can 'do the work' with a therapist but still see the same patterns repeating again and again. Your life can look perfect on the outside whilst internally your anxiety levels are eating away at your mental health and hormone system. 

Health is a whole body, mind and spirit approach. It encompasses our movement, mindset, monthly rhythms and much, much more.
