La Casa de la Calma

Nestled within the captivating landscapes of Sa Cabaneta, our retreat centre harmonizes the essence of yoga, meditation, and holistic nourishment.

Named after the majestic Tramuntana mountain range, our home for the week offers a haven for rejuvenation, where every corner unveils breathtaking vistas of Mallorca's natural beauty.

Just a brief 15-minute journey from Palma, Tramuntana Flow is a sanctuary spread across 8000 sqm of lush terrain, seamlessly blending traditional charm with modern comfort. Step into our serene oasis, where the whispers of nature guide you towards inner peace.

Yoga, Cycling, Hiking & More

Each morning, we’ll move through a flowing & dynamic yoga practice on the terrace and each evening we’ll cosy up in the shala for a restorative and relaxing Yin Yoga practice including myofascial release and accupressure.

Led by Lauren, a highly-qualified and experienced yoga teacher and coach, we’ll take you on a journey of self-discovery as you turn your attention inwards and explore the depths of our psyche.

For those looking for a little more variety in their days, we’ll also be offering the option to join a guided hike, or hire a bike to join us on a cycling adventure.

In the afternoons, you can choose to relax by the pool or in one of the lounge areas, or join one of our wellness workshops with topics ranging from Discover your Dosha to The Wheel of Life. As we will be drawing towards the end of 2024, we will also host a release ceremony for all we wish to leave behind, and a vision board workshop for all we’d like to draw in for 2025!

We are what we eat

We collaborate with a private chef to bring you organic, local products that not only feed your soul, but which serve as medicine for the body. Each dish is served with love & care, and we promise to tantalise your tastebuds with healthy and natural delights.

Nutrition plays a vital role in our well-being. The foods we consume daily, along with our lifestyle choices, attitudes, and behaviors, shape our health and ability to thrive.

Our chef, has dedicated herself to enhancing vitality and energy through her culinary creations. With nine years of experience specializing in Yoga Retreat cuisine at Tramuntana Flow, her meals are crafted to nourish and revitalize.

The Rooms

Our retreat centre offers comfortable and cozy accommodation options to suit your preferences. Choose between a shared twin room or private rooms for couples / friends.

Make yourself at home in the main house with its large lounge areas and spacious, comfortable bedrooms. There are five double bedrooms and four bathrooms, each characterised by simple and clear lines. The furniture is made of high quality and natural materials to bring a sense of warmth and relaxation.

What’s included?

  • 3 nights accommodation in the stunningly serene Casa de la Calma

  • 3 dynamic morning classes including meditation, pranayama and dynamic yoga flow

  • 3 restorative evening classes incorporating myofascial and acupressure release work with ancient meridian theory.

  • 3 days of delicious meals including a filling & nutritious brunch, evening dinner and teas, coffee, and water

  • 2 afternoon wellness workshops on topics such as; Discover your Dosha, The Wheel of Life, & Make your own vision board

  • All yoga equipment, including mats, blocks, bolsters and straps

  • Not included: flights, airport transfers, bike rental, massage, guided hiking tour (but we can help you to organise any of these extras through our local contacts).
