About me

Over a decade ago I discovered the transformative power of yoga – not for the much-admired gymnastic inspired poses – but as the gurus intended; by moving the body in breath-synchronised movement to gain insight and respite from the constantly chattering monkey mind.

In 2015, I completed my 200-hr Yoga teacher training with Dylan Ayaloo and in 2018 went on to complete a further 40 hours in Yin Yoga with Sarah Lo. In 2020, I delved into a 30 hour Mandala & The Elements training with Dulce Aguilar and Jamie Clarke. In 2024, I did a further 75 hours training in Therapeutic Yoga for Pregnancy, Birth, and Post-Natal recovery.

Over the course of my yoga journey, I began to develop my own teaching style, combining the physical with the spiritual to honour the ebbs and flows we experience throughout life, our cycles and our seasons as women. Throughout my adult life, I have always been interested in going further into the depths of our psyches and so in 2023, I began a new healing journey through coaching and witnessed the power firsthand for dealing with lingering feelings of anxiety, insomnia, self doubt and low self worth. I then went on to train as an ICF certified coach so that I could offer this more personalised support to anyone looking to dive deeper into their own self-growth journey through the power of transformative 1:1 coaching.
