Lunar Yin Yoga (Online/In-person)
Connect with the cycles of the moon as well as your own cycles of ebbing and flowing with this weekly Yin Yoga class where we release, relax and go inwards. Each week the class will be themed around the energy of the moon cycle (New, Full, Waxing & Waning) along with updates on the overall astrological energy. Yin Yoga is a deeply nourishing practice that will calm your nervous system as we flow from the Yang energy of the day into the Yin energy of the evening.
Blissful Beach Yoga (In-person)
Kick start your day with a slow, flowing and energising yoga practice. We’ll wake our bodies with some pranayama and gentle flowy movements before we move into a slightly more dynamic practice that will get your energy pumping for the day ahead. End the class in savasana with the sounds of the ocean lulling you into a serene start to your Sunday.
Flow & Journal (In-Person)
Welcome to 'Flow & Journal,' where movement meets reflection in a harmonious fusion. Begin with a 45-minute yoga flow, igniting vitality and inner peace through dynamic sequences. Then, in the final 15 minutes, transition into a space of introspection with guided journaling. Explore insights and revelations from your practice, nurturing both body and soul in this enriching session.

Yoga & Barre (In-person)
Mixing my two favourite disciplines; Yoga & Barre, we’ll spend 30 minutes strengthening and lengthening our muscles with some ballet-inspired barre work, then 30 minutes of slow and flowing Yoga to stretch us out and leave us feeling blissful for the weekend ahead. (Barre is a low-impact and fun way to exercise your entire body. We’ll work arms, legs, bums and tums with gentle isometric movements set to some uplifting tunes that will keep you smiling whilst you explore the Barre “shake”.)
Mandala Chakra Flow (In-Person)
A perfect balance of Yin & Yang yoga, this class is ideal for those who are familiar with Vinyasa, but who like their practice to be a little more varied. The sequence is designed to move us 360 degrees around the mat whilst we delve into the ancient wisdom of the chakra system and connect with the elements within.
