Frequently Asked Questions

Do I need to pay the full amount in one go or is there an option to pay in instalments?

You can reserve your room instantly by clicking through to the ‘Book your Retreat’ page or, if you’d like to pay in instalments, simply email me: laurenbradyyoga@gmail.com.

We ask for an initial deposit to secure your room, and then you have up until 1 month before the retreat to pay the remaining balance.

Please note that the initial deposit is non-refundable but you can always transfer your place to a friend or family member.

You mention vegetarian food, can you also cater for vegan or gluten free?

Yes, we can cater for vegan, dairy-free and gluten-free diets. If you have any more specific dietary requirements please email us and we’ll chat to the chef to ensure that we can accommodate your needs.

I haven’t done much yoga before / for a while, can I come?

Our retreats and weekend breaks are designed to be inclusive to all. Whether this is your first time stepping on the mat or the hundredth time, we will adapt the class and posture variations to suit your needs. If you’re very new, we can give you some extra tips and tricks to make you feel more confident in a class, and if you’re an advanced yogi you’ll be given the freedom to flow and adapt to your own pace. Our yoga teachers are welcoming and encouraging and most of all, we want to spread our love of yoga to everyone.

What time do I need to arrive on the weekends/retreats?

Arrival and departure times vary depending on the retreat venue and so we aim to provide this information on the retreat page, or via email.

I was thinking about coming alone, is this ok?

Yes, in fact we encourage it! Yoga retreats are a great way to take some time for yourself whilst also being a perfect space to connect with like-minded people. Book a spot in one of our shared rooms, or enjoy a little more privacy in a private room. Either way, you’ll have plenty of opportunity to connect with the other guests during our brunches, dinners and workshops and in the community spaces. Having attended many retreats myself as a solo traveller, I completely understand the concern of travelling alone, but I’ve always found that people who attend retreats are very welcoming and open-hearted.

What should I pack for a yoga retreat in Spain?

  • Comfortable and breathable clothing that you can move easily in

  • Sunscreen & insect repellent

  • Sunglasses and swimwear

  • Comfortable walking shoes

  • A reusable water bottle

  • A pool towel

Cancellation policy

As a small business, we are unable to offer refunds on retreats if you change your mind or can no longer attend the retreat. However, in the very unlikely circumstance that we decide to cancel a retreat, we will provide you with a full refund for the retreat (travel not included).
We also always recommend that you book travel insurance to cover any unexpected accidents or unforeseen circumstances.
